Learn Scuba Chicago is a non-profit mission-driven dive center. We aren't just looking for staff; we’re looking for leaders to help us grow the Chicago dive community.

Role 1: Lead Manager in Training

The Goal: Transition to Lead Store Manager by the end of Summer 2026.

• The Vibe: You are a senior retail pro or assistant manager at your "day job" looking for a meaningful second act.

• The Skills: 3+ years leadership experience, degree in Marketing (preferred), and a "power user" of Shopify.

• The Responsibility: Overseeing the retail floor, managing the Shopify backend, and driving our social media strategy to increase mission awareness.

• Requirement: Must be a Certified Scuba Diver.

Role 2: Retail & Digital Specialists (2 Positions)

The Goal: Run the shop floor while building our digital presence.

• The Vibe: You love gear, you love diving, and you know how to make a Reel go viral.

• The Skills: Proficient in Shopify (inventory/fulfillment) and a strong background in social media content creation.

• The Responsibility: Customer sales, fulfilling online orders, and creating daily social content to showcase our gear and community.

• Requirement: Must be a Certified Scuba Diver.
